Moro Hub, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), in association with EY, has recently confirmed the launch of its first AI-driven managed services for operation technology (OT) in the UAE’s Cyber Defense Centre (CDC).

Moro OT CDC – which is hosted in Dubai and provides enhanced cybersecurity to the UAE’s critical national infrastructure – is powered by innovative technologies and staffed by data scientists and OT, IoT, threat intelligence and cyber-defence experts.

Dr. Ahmed Alketbi, Chief Information Security Officer, Moro Hub commented: “The launch of this service will assist organisations dealing with OT and IoT systems to protect from cyber threats and manage cybersecurity incidents through timely threat detection and swift incident response.”

Clinton Firth, Global Energy Cybersecurity Leader, EY added: “Together, EY and MORO Hub will provide world-class cybersecurity monitoring services to clients to address this critical gap in the market.”
