Not much engraving on the batch we are releasing today but this one of the exceptions: a stainless nakiri handled with deep blue sea shokwood from @beyondwoodproducts.
The engraving features a young woman wearing a Nón Lá (conical hat). These type of hats are worn all over Asia but are particularly identifiable to the Vietnamese people. Many of these hats also feature elaborate embroidery and small poems. We love how the hat is both functional but beautiful which is what we try to do with our knives. Hopefully it can find a happy home with one of you!
