It has recently been confirmed that Airbus will supply additional Tactilon Agnet licenses to BSNL network operator in India.

Over a three-year period, 20,000 additional public safety users and industry stakeholders around India – such as police forces, fire fighters, ports and airports – will be able to benefit from Airbus’ multimedia critical communication and collaboration platform.

Airbus’ Tactilon Agnet is a futureproof modern, easy-to-use, flexible and scalable platform for business and mission-critical users alike. Tactilon Agnet can transmit data, video and voice communications to all relevant bodies at once – securely and reliably.

It allows radio-device, smartphone, tablet and laptop users to communicate individually or in a group.

With the support of BSNL, Tactilon Agnet gives smooth access to customers in the critical communications markets. As an end-to-end service, it is easy to integrate into operators’ infrastructures and to their sales funnels, hence strengthening their enterprise and public sector portfolios.

On top of a secure communication platform, users are given access to an array of integrated technology such as sensors, drones and Video Management Systems (VMS) as well as with IoT platforms which delivers the data in desired format to right persons on duty.

With these new licenses, the number of Tactilon Agnet users will approach the 200,000 milestone in the upcoming years.
